I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The hot springs are beautiful and offer a variety of pools, perfect for relaxation. Baldi Hot Springs is a true paradise filled with breathtaking scenery and amazing hot springs to relax in. The staff treats you wonderfully, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The only downside was that the rooms could use a little bit of attention to detail. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy beautiful surroundings.
Baldi Hot Springs offers a wonderful experience for families, especially with kids. The hot springs and water slides are a huge hit, and we practically had the park to ourselves. The resort is visually stunning with beautiful hot springs, but unfortunately, the service and accommodations fell short. We had a troubling incident with a rodent in our room and lackluster customer service exacerbated our experience, especially when trying to redeem a spa service.
